How to read a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)

Reading CMA reports. The report at the bottom is a representation of a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) report. A CMA report is not an appraisal, but a comparison of prices and features of recently sold homes. When a CMA report is generated to show homes similar to your own home, it can then be used to help estimate your home value and the asking price when you sell.
